Team Delta emerges victorious with a total of eight medals at the maiden junior Taekwondo National Championships: Nigeria Taekwondo Federation (NTF) recently organized a maiden National Junior Taekwondo Championship which took place at the National Stadium FCT Abuja from 16 to 18 May 2018.

The event was held to promote the current and upcoming young taekwondo athletes and give them a platform that increases their brand thereby representing them well in the future. The two-day event which comprises of 12 states in attendance saw the Delta state athletes claimed gold, silver and bronze ahead of other states.
